Shipping policy

Our shop is based in Thailand, and we’ll prepare your order within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Every shipment includes a tracking number for your convenience.

Domestic orders enjoy free tracked shipping.

Shipping rate and estimated shipping time

FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FROM THAILAND TO ALL DESTINATION ON ORDERS OVER US$ 75

Default setting to all destinations is standard shipping. However, if you would like to have your product shipped with express service, please inform us to find you best rate and arrange shipment.

We always do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.

Additional Charges and Taxes

For most international destinations, we ship under Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) terms. This means that local customs may apply VAT, sales tax, or import duties depending on your country’s regulations and order value. Many countries also set de minimis thresholds, below which duties or taxes may not be applied.

Note: Shipping fees are included at checkout. While we do not add extra charges, some countries’ postal services may apply handling fees if customs duties or VAT are collected at the destination.

Alternatively, you can consider making your purchase through our Etsy store at https://www.etsy.com/shop/ClayLody. Here, Etsy will take care of calculating and collecting any customs charges and VAT for you during the checkout process.

Update for US Customers
Starting August 29, 2025, all shipments to the United States are sent under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms. This means that any required customs duties and import fees are prepaid in Thailand, so US customers will not need to pay extra import duties upon delivery.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ClayLody • MADE, we craft every piece with care. If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out.

Order Cancellations
We cannot cancel orders once they have entered the processing stage or have been shipped.

Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or incorrect orders.

Exceptions – We're Happy to Help If:

  • Damaged / Incorrect Items:
    Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We’ll offer a refund or a replacement (subject to availability).

  • Package Returned to Sender:
    If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim it, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

  • Shipping Delays:
    We’ll help track delayed packages, but cannot refund orders due to delays beyond our control.

Due to their handmade nature, slight variations and subtle imperfections may occur. These are not considered defects, but natural characteristics that make each piece unique. Every item is carefully inspected before shipping.
